Judges satisfy ELEVEN PARIS in the « Moustache » case

The Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris rendered a verdict on September 3rd on three cases between ELEVEN PARIS trademark and third parties using the emblematic “Moustache”

Acknowledging the aesthetic choices of the author, imprint of his personality, the judges held the litigious pictures original thus attracting copyright protection.

For the public, those works are representative of the ELEVEN PARIS trademark.

Riding on the coattail of the brand, the defendants are liable on the grounds of unfair competition.
