Simplified Declaration (Déclaration simplifiée)

By Anonymous writer - Glossary

For the most common types of personal data processing, i.e. those not relating to private life or individual liberties, the CNIL has adopted separate norms which are called ‘simplified norms’.

For instance, if the purpose of the processing is for managing access control to facilities, managing working times or managing food service operators, a simplified declaration must be made to the CNIL.

A file number will then be attributed allowing you to keep up to date with the progress of your simplified declaration request.
